To do list- DONE!
Client expressed that the open loft was too hot and wanted a new ceiling fan installed. Upon further review, I noticed the outlet needed to be sealed from all the hot air coming in from the attic. Also, the window frame had rotted away letting in  hot air and so we decided to foam and tape it until a new window will be installed. They also had an entry door that needed to be cut down so it could operate efficiently. We finished the list with reattaching an old crawl space panel.
Little things can add up to a lot!

Another to do list done on a newly built home in Round Top, Texas.
Kitchen cabinet hardware replacement and adjustment, A/C filter replacement, window hardware repaired, new towel bar fixture install, tighten bathroom plumbing fixtures, reattach towel paper holder,  install missing attic door seal and other damaged door seals & sweep, inspect A/C handler that had water in secondary drain pan (contacted licensed & insured A/C contractor to follow up & repair as needed), reattach exterior step stone that was damaged, install lattice skirt under new shed and of course install the American Flag on her new front porch!​

Back porch let in a lot of heat into the house. I had a custom door built by Cross Door in La Grange for this project. I applied Kool Seal to the metal porch roof above and it reduced the heat index substantially. 
A new set of office shelves finished the project, guard dog included.
